The DVRPC Board approved the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Unified Planning Work Program, which outlines DVRPC’s planning projects and programs for the nine-county region from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
The DVRPC Board approved the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Unified Planning Work Program at its meeting on January 23, 2025. This document outlines DVRPC’s planning projects and programs for the nine-county region from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
The Work Program reflects policy direction and input from state and federal planning partners, member governments, operating agencies, and other regional organizations. Sample regional planning projects for the upcoming year include developing a new transit-oriented communities (TOC) parking and ridership modeling tool for SEPTA, regional rail corridor modeling assistance for SEPTA, initial phase of a new Regional Freight Plan, program development to improve bus stops and access, and a new special topic workshop series. New local projects include the Morton Train Station and TOD study, North Broad Street safety and parking study, traffic modeling for Conshohocken area interchanges, and a US 322 corridor study in Gloucester County, among others.
